How it works

From sign-up to your first payout, step by step

Kassa feels as familiar as a banking app. Underneath, every balance sits in institutional custody and every withdrawal passes a chain of checks. Here is the whole journey.

1 · Create an account 2 · Verify your email 3 · Deposit 4 · Earn by locking 5 · Borrow or lend 6 · Open sub-accounts 7 · Withdraw securely 8 · Stay informed on Telegram

Create an account

Sign up with an email and a password. You are shown a 12-word recovery key once and asked to confirm three of its words — it is the only way back into a root account, so write it down and keep it offline. It is a recovery key, not a crypto seed: nobody can spend anything from it.

Verify your email

Open the confirmation link within 24 hours to activate the account. The device and address you confirm from are written to your account’s event log, so you can always see where and when it was activated. Sign-in is only possible after this step.

Deposit

Pick a coin — USDT (TRC20), USDC (ERC20) or BTC — and get an address. Use a fresh one-time address for privacy, or a fixed One Wallet address you can hand out and reuse. Send at least 10 USDT; incoming deposits are credited automatically as they confirm and you get a Telegram alert the moment they land.

Earn by locking

Lock part of your balance for one month or one year. The reward is paid every month straight into your spendable balance — withdrawable at once — while only the principal stays locked until maturity. Every lock is its own package with its rate fixed at the start.

Borrow or lend

Need liquidity without selling? Post a borrow request against 150% collateral and repay in twelve monthly instalments — the collateral keeps earning yield the whole time it is pledged. Have balance to spare? Post a lend offer at your own rate and the order book matches it to a borrower; you are repaid month by month with interest.

Open sub-accounts

Invite a sub-account by email — a shop, a family member, a team. They set their own password, hold their own balance, and can deposit and lock, but can never withdraw: money only ever leaves through you. Any account can open sub-accounts of its own, to any depth, and their locks earn you network rewards.

Withdraw securely

Enter an amount and destination — the 25/50/75/100% buttons keep it exact — and authorise with your passkey. Send the small network fee to the fee address shown; the moment it lands, the request moves to review and is then broadcast on-chain. Only the root account can withdraw, and nothing leaves custody without passing every check.

Stay informed on Telegram

Link @KassaAppBot once and get deposit alerts, balances, deposit addresses as scannable QR codes and security notices in chat — including a one-tap unban if someone locks your sign-in. The bot is read-only by design: it can show you everything and move nothing.

Good to know before you start

No key to lose

Funds sit in institutional custody. There is no seed phrase in your hands to phish, copy or misplace.

Money leaves one way

Only the root account withdraws, and only after passkey, network fee and review — sub-accounts can never send funds out.

Rewards every month

Locking rewards and loan repayments arrive in monthly instalments, spendable the moment they are credited.

Everything is logged

Every sign-in, verification and withdrawal is written to your event log, with the device and address it came from.
